Meet the team

Greta enjoys working with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. She is an advocate for her clients in every transaction and tirelessly works until the job is done. She works with seasoned real estate buyers and sellers and also loves working with first time homeowners.

Greta holds teaching certifications and real estate brokers licenses in both Louisiana and Mississippi, is a vocalist and musician, loves to play in the garden, and volunteers annually at Camp Sunshine, a summer camp for people with differing abilities.

Living in New Orleans is something that Greta has wanted to do since she was a child. The city opened it’s arms to Greta and her daughter in 2008, and good things have happened ever since.

Greta and her family live in Mid-City with their 2 wacky dogs, 2 cats, a bunch of fish and spend their personal time in all of New Orleans neighborhoods (where ever there is fun to be had!) and genuinely feel lucky to live in this amazing city.

Jessica Carter has been in real estate and finance for years, and is happy that she can now share this area as an agent. Jessica was born and raised on the Northshore, and looks forward to helping you find your place here. One of her favorite things about living in old Mandeville is that she and her kids can ride their bikes to the lakefront just about any afternoon. Jessica is also proud to serve on the board of the historic Dew Drop Jazz Hall, where you can find her family listening to some of the finest local music in the spring & fall.
